Q: Is the conference really FREE?
A: Through the generosity of our sponsors, this conference is being provided at no charge to the attendees. This includes entrance to the Universal Theme Parks on Monday and Tuesday afternoon. Dinners are on your own as well as hotels, if needed.
BE ADVISED: Currently, the parking fee at the Universal Orlando parking garage is $11 per vehicle, per day. This parking fee is also the responsibility of the attendees.

Q: Where is this event located?
A: Day 1 will be held at Hard Rock Live on Universal's property. Day 2 will begin in the movie theater in CityWalk, and will conclude inside of Islands of Adventure.

Q: Who should attend the Youth Pastor Summit?
A: The Youth Pastor Summit at Universal Orlando is geared to all Youth Pastors and Key Youth Leaders (staff or volunteers). It is also open to Christian educators. We ask that each group limit the number of attendees to 5 people
(1 youth pastor or group leader and 4 key leaders).

Q: I have small children. Are they able to attend with me?
A: Absolutely NO children are allowed in the event. We want everyone to have the best experience possible at this event, so please make arrangements to leave your children at home.

Q: What meals are provided?
A: Through the generosity of Chick-Fil-A and the Awana/24-7 Ministry, lunch is being provided on both Monday and Tuesday.
